Most vanity bulbs are glass and either clear or frosted. They are about 130 Lumens and get to about 250°F and easily shatter. If you have noticed the black areas above the bulbs on your vanity lights, that is the reason why. The incandescent bulbs are so hot the dust lands on them, burns and the carbon residue rises to create a black area on the ceiling. The Cabin Bright vanity bulb is 300 Lumens, is made of impact-resistant plastic, and only gets to about 92°F.

The bulb in the middle is the Cabin Bright 300 Lumen Vanity LED. The bulbs on the end are the 130 Lumen incandescent.
These LED vanity bulb replacements are almost 3 times brighter than the incandescent bulbs you are replacing. The 3200K-Warm White bulbs give you a soft light enhancing your complexion. I have converted many RV's to LED as I am a mobile tech. I've used your other bulbs exclusively. This vanity bulb provides a serious amount of light over any incandescent bulb (with zero heat) I've seen and 2-3 times brighter than any LED replacement I've tried. Joe helped me pick the color (4100K) and my customer LOVED it!
If you need an LED replacement for a vanity bulb, this is it, accept NO substitutes.

I have been looking for a replacement for the 3 15w 12v single contact bayonet base lamps over my bath vanity. When I saw this item from Cabin Bright and at a good price I immediately ordered 3. I ordered them on 11-26-14 and they arrived today 11-29-14. Imagine that kind of service with one of the three days being Thanksgiving. I installed one of them between the other two and the difference is amazing. Brighter light, color virtually identical to the originals and .15 amp vs 1.25 amp. Superior Product.

These vanity bulbs are great; really bright, white light! They are noticeably brighter (far brighter) than the old incandescents, take less power, and will last almost forever. This is a no-brainer replacement.
As far as I’m concerned, Cabin Bright the only source for LED lamps for RVs and other applications.
