This product was developed because some of our MARINE customers have a one-piece ballast cover/reflector. Because the power is fed to the END of each light board, it is easy to install in ANY compatible fixture WITHOUT removing the ballast cover or reflector. Just remove the tubes, install the light boards, and connect the wires to your coach power…DONE!
This innovative Cabin Bright exclusive is 1mm thick printed circuit board, not including the 2mm 3M industrial-strength sticky back pad. It is 3/4 of an inch high and 15 inches long, packing 120 2835 SMD on each Light Board. These LED’s deliver 2000 Lumens for EACH Light Board, rather than the 800 Lumens of a standard fluorescent tube. This Patent Pending Design delivers 150% MORE light than your original tubes when they were new.
This revolutionary new LED replacement easily fits in your 15-18” fluorescent fixture. Delivers 2000 lumens per board and draws only .675 amps for each Light Board.
This product was designed for use in engine rooms in boats and large vessels. You could use this product in an RV but the light is very harsh and bright and may be a distraction when using it in a confined space.
These 15 inch (overall length) printed circuit boards (PCBs) were designed for the marine industry. Several of my customers needed the MOST amount of light they could get in their engine rooms. Following the design features of the flagship 18″ X-Factor, we replaced the original 1210 SMDs (Surface Mount Diodes) with the much brighter 2835 SMDs. We also needed to change out the chip resistors on the PCB to provide the necessary power to the 2835 SMDs. The result: A 15″ strip that is almost 3 times brighter than the 18-X. You may be tempted to use these in your RV, but bear in mind, this high-contrast light is VERY bright and may be an unpleasant rather than enjoyable light. This light does not need a fixture to be effective. Please contact us if you need help with designing your installation.

SINGLE contact offset pin bulb fits in some Wing Tip Nav lights. 30-5730 LEDs provide 800+ Lumens - TWICE the Lumen output of the incandescent bulb you are replacing. 10-16 VDC will allow for large voltage fluctuations. At .125 amps or 1.5 watts, this bulb draws only 6% of the power of your existing incandescent bulb.
