This product was developed because some of our customers have a one-piece ballast cover/reflector. Because the power is fed to the END of each light board, it is easy to install in ANY compatible fixture WITHOUT removing the ballast cover or reflector. Just remove the tubes, install the light boards, and connect the wires to your coach power…DONE!
This innovative Cabin Bright exclusive is 1mm thick printed circuit board, not including the 2mm 3M industrial-strength sticky back pad. It is 3/4 of an inch high and 15 inches long, packing 120 1210 SMD on each Light Board. These LED’s deliver 960 Lumens EACH, rather than the 800 Lumens of a standard fluorescent tube. This Patent Pending Design delivers 40% MORE light than your original tubes when they were new.

I have replaced every light bulb in my 2001 coach with cabin bright products. The change was easy. For most fixtures cabin bright offers a direct replacement so the change is as easy as replacing a bulb. The only complication was the replacement of the fluorescent tubes. With the CabinBright led strips and supplied instructions it took about 15 minutes per fixture and that included removing the fixture and cleaning each throughly so it looked like new when complete. I had one minor glitch, but a call to Joe at CabinBright cleared up my confusion right away.
I am now enjoying much less heat in the cabin during the summer and significantly less current draw so when we are boondocking it takes much less battery power which means longer stays without generator. My next effort is solar power so I don't need the generator at all except when the A/C runs.
Thanks to Cabin Bright I am now installing these fluorescent replacement LED's under the cabinets of my stick built house. I stopped by the CabinBright booth at the FMCA rally and Joe explained how he did it.

I replaced the 18 inch florescent light in the sleeper of my Kenworth when the electronic parts went out, after spending $40 on replacement tubes. This light works great! I HIGHLY recommend this product. If I knew how bright this light was, I would have replaced it when the truck was new. Installation was quick and easy.

A BRIGHT IDEA
I had 4 florescent fixtures in our motor coach which, to me, seemed dim and always flickered at startup and required warm up during cold weather. I replaced the florescent tubes with Cabin Bright products and have a bright, well lit lounge and kitchen now. I know that the battery drain during dry camping is greatly reduced and I am confident that I’ll never have to do anything to these lights again, ever.
The process is so easy that it only took me about 30 minutes to do all four fixtures.

OUTSTANDING PRODUCT!
Bought this item to replace the dim fluorescent tubes in our RV bathroom. Boy, was I ever surprised!! Perfect lighting, when I expected less. I’m ordering 2 of the smaller 12 inch sets for over the kitchen sink and another one for over the kitchen counter. I also will use two of the 18″ X-Factor in each of our two 36″ lights in the living room that we use as our main light source.
Installation was a breeze. I can’t say enough good things when I find a product that lives up to it’s advertising this well!

I have a 2003 Country Coach Motorhome and wanted to replace the 18″ Fluorescent Tube lights. So I talked to a friend who recommended I contact Joe Brignolo at CABIN BRIGHT. I e-mailed Joe and he called the very next day, he is interested in RVing and is very helpful in our RV lighting needs, he is the inventer of the X FACTOR LED PRINTED CIRCUIT LIGHT BOARD, for Fluorescent Tube Replacement, with 960 lumens, 1920 lumens when replacing in a 2 Fluorescent Tube fixture.
So why would I replace the 18″ Fluorescent with the X Factor brighter more pleasant looking Light Boards?
The fixture looks nicer with the LED lights, the lights are brighter and easy to install, just connect your 12vdc power and mount the LED board 3M backing to the fixture.
Fluorescent tubes expensive, don’t last as long as they use to, seams like there is always some that need replacing, problems getting rid of the old tubes, ballasts also don’t last costly to replace. You will be saving money in the not buying fluorescent tubes and ballasts and that will in a short period, more that pay for the cost of LED lighting. The best reason for going with the LED light boards is (happy wife happy life) my wife likes the LED’s much better, happy wife. Joe has many other 12vdc LED products at excellent pricing worth taking a look at Cabin Bright web site and you need any help you can count on Joe.

Our fluorescent ballast finally died, so we replaced it with two of these. I removed all if the fluorescent guts. The result is fantastic! Now I’m wondering about still other lighting upgrades to do.

This is a excellent product, I converted the lites in the main living area, liked them so much I relpaced the rest in the motorhome. The light is brighter than the tubes, next to no power draw, and work in cool temperatures, no flicker or dim light on start up.
This is a very easy conversion to do. If anyone is wondering wether or not to up grade I would not hesitate in saying that you will be pleased with this product . I used the x-factor 5500k.
